We will carry out a first examination of the articles that you will offer us within 48 working hours and will send you a reference price at the end of the examination of their photos that you will have sent to us. This base price will be taken into account for the fixing of the final price after the realization of the evaluation of the articles.

If you are satisfied with the proposed reference price, we will then send you a form by email for the sending of your article

 

After we receive the form, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. All you have to do is pack your items and schedule a collection, or if you prefer, drop off your package at a DHL center near you. Once your items are in our hands, our experts will verify their authenticity and inspect their condition. A final redemption price will be provided to you promptly and we will offer you a purchase contract. Subject to your agreement on its content, this contract will be signed electronically.

If you do not accept the final sale price that we offer, we undertake to return your items to you at our expense as soon as possible.

We undertake to pay you by bank transfer to your account within a maximum period of 48 working hours from the conclusion of a purchase contract.

Allu operates more than 100 luxury shopping stores around the world. 

This experience allows us to say that yes it is totally safe to sell at Allu.  

Please note that all items are shipped by DHL, Chronopost or Colissimo.
